Important Information
TENTATIVE SCHEDULE OF EVENTS: Start at 6:00 am PST in the Rockford Plaza at Revelstoke Mountain Resort. 6:00 pm cut off.
PACKET PICK UP: Packet pick up will be available from 3-6 pm PST in the Rockford Plaza at Revelation Mountain Resort on Friday, August 28th, 2026 or on Saturday morning at 5:00 am PST.
OPENING CEREMONIES: We will have an Opening Ceremonies after packet pick up at 7:00 pm on Friday, August 28th in the Rockford Plaza at Revelstoke Mountain Resort. The route, markings, aid stations, weather, etc. will be discussed at the Opening Ceremonies.
AID STATIONS: Please start the event carrying at least one litre of liquid and refill at the top of the gondola at AS 1. All other aid stations between AS 1 and AS 8 will only be able to provide 1 litre of liquid per stop. Please plan accordingly. Aid stations in the alpine are not accessible by vehicle and therefore will be limited in terms of how much liquid we will be able to provide.
DROP BAGS: Runners can leave a drop bag at opening ceremonies on Friday or before the start on Saturday morning. They will be accessible at the top of the Gondola (aid stations 1 and 8).
MANDATORY CUTOFFS: For the safety of all race participants and volunteers, mandatory cut-offs will be implemented. The Stoked Ultra must be completed in under 12 hours.
SPECTATORS / CREW / CREW ACCESSIBLE AID STATIONS: Spectators can watch the Start and Finish in the Rockford Plaza at Revelstoke Mountain Resort. To access the mountain via trails or gondola, a waiver must be signed at packet pick up or at Guest Services. Crew and spectators must stay on RMR trails and are only permitted at Crew Accessible aid stations (AS 1 and 8 - at the top of the Gondola) until trails are open to the general public.
MANDATORY GEAR:
Hydration vessel or pack - must be able to carry at least on litre of water at all times.
Beanie, toque, or Buff®.
Insulated jacket or water/windproof jacket.
Gloves
Emergency Blanket
RECOMMENDED GEAR:
Bear spray
Additional layers (sleeves, wind / waterproof pants, extra socks, extra gloves, etc.)
Hiking poles
Hand warmers
Preferred endurance fuel that may not be at aid stations
BE PREPARED FOR SERIOUS ASCENTS AND DESCENTS: Our goal is to take you on some of the most diverse trails Revelstoke has to offer. Some sections will be difficult to run and may require poles or the use of hands, while others are very runnable. We recommend completing at least a trail marathon or 50K in the lead-up to the STOKED ULTRA™️.
