Sunday, August 30th

TRAILSTOKE 30KM

Registration includes: Event t-shirt, finisher medal, mapped and marked course, emergency medical support, fully stocked aid stations, chip timing

3 Day Events:

THE HALF STOKE

Registration includes: Event t-shirt, pint glass, finisher medal, 2 x gondola tickets, emergency first aid support, aid stations, chip timing.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Payment must be made at time of registration including with the buy now, pay later option.

2. No refunds will be processed by event organizers.

3. Registration protection can be purchased through the Race Roster Enhanced Refund Protection (RRERP), administered by Protecht, which is a refund protection insurance for attendees. For a small premium, if you are unable to attend due to any of the RRERP covered reasons, you have the option to file a refund request through them. 4. All Deferrals, Substitutions and Cancellations of 3 day event registrations will be subject to a $100 admin fee with the remaining credit held for the 2027 season if cancelled prior to July 1, 2026. All Deferrals, Substitutions and Cancellations will be subject to a $200 admin fee with the remaining credit held for the 2027 season if cancelled on or after July 1, 2026

No credit will be applied for any cancellation of 3 day event registrations received after August 24, 2026.

We strongly encourage you to read & understand the full terms of Protecht Refund Protection policy prior to registration. 

The Stoked Ultra and 5 Peaks Adventures LTD. reserve the right to cancel any event, cancel stages or change the route on short notice due to fire bans, fire closures, air quality, weather conditions, wildlife or safety concerns, pandemic, unforeseen construction, Acts of God or other such reasons with no reimbursement to the participant.

In the case of event cancellation by 5 Peaks Adventures LTD. no refunds will be available unless a claim is accepted by our insurance provider.
