Registration includes: Event t-shirt, pint glass, Stoked Lager, finisher medal, 2 x gondola tickets,
professionally mapped and marked course, emergency medical support, aid stations, chip timing.

Cancellation Policy:

1. Payment must be made at time of registration including with the buy now, pay later option.

2. Refund protection is available at checkout.

3. No refunds will be processed by event organizers.

4. All Deferrals, Substitutions and Cancellations of the 3 day events will be subject to a $100 admin fee with the remaining credit held for the 2027 season if cancelled prior to July 1, 2026. All Deferrals, Substitutions and Cancellations will be subject to a $200 admin fee with the remaining credit held for the 2027 season if cancelled on or after July 1, 2026

No credit will be applied for any cancellation received less than 72 hours prior to the start of the first stage.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to stoked@5peaks.com

Additional registration protection can be purchased through the Race Roster Enhanced Refund Protection (RRERP), administered by Protecht, which is a refund protection insurance for attendees. For a small premium, if you are unable to attend due to any of the RRERP covered reasons, you have the option to file a refund request through them. We strongly encourage you to read & understand the full terms of Protecht Refund Protection policy prior to registration. 

The Stoked Ultra and 5 Peaks Adventures LTD. reserve the right to cancel any event, cancel stages or change the route on short notice due to fire bans/fire closures, air quality, weather conditions, wildlife or safety concerns, pandemic, unforeseen construction, Acts of God or other such reasons with no reimbursement to the participant.

In the case of event cancellation by 5 Peaks Adventures LTD. no refunds will be available unless a claim is accepted by our insurance provider.
